Refund Policy

1. Deposits
A 50% deposit is required before work begins. This deposit is non-refundable.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued if Hoffstee is unable to complete the project, even after reasonable buffer time.
3. No Refunds For
- Change of mind
- Delays caused by the client
- Incomplete or late content provided by the client
- Scope changes requested after project commencement
4. Project Cancellation
If a project is cancelled by the client after work has commenced, the deposit and any completed work to date are non-refundable.
