3. Pricing & Payments

  • A 50% non‑refundable deposit is required before work begins.
  • The remaining 50% is due upon project completion.
  • All payments are handled manually via invoices sent by email.
  • No online payment system is used.
  • Hourly rates may apply for additional or out‑of‑scope work.

4. Refunds

Refunds are only provided if Hoffstee is unable to complete the project, even after reasonable buffer time. Deposits are non‑refundable.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Providing accurate information
  • Supplying required content and materials
  • Timely communication
  • Approving work within reasonable timeframes

6. Intellectual Property

Final deliverables become the client’s property upon full payment. Hoffstee retains rights to showcase work in portfolios and marketing materials.

7. Project Timelines

Timelines depend on client responsiveness, content delivery, and project complexity. Delays caused by the client may extend delivery dates.

8. Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

9. Third‑Party Tools

We may use third‑party platforms (hosting, analytics, marketing tools). We are not responsible for their performance or policies.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
