Refund Policy

1. Deposits

A 50% deposit is required before work begins. This deposit is non‑refundable.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued if Hoffstee is unable to complete the project, even after reasonable buffer time.

3. No Refunds For

  • Change of mind
  • Delays caused by the client
  • Incomplete or late content provided by the client
  • Scope changes requested after project commencement

4. Project Cancellation

If a project is cancelled by the client after work has commenced, the deposit and any completed work to date are non‑refundable.
